We don’t believe in making the sale then passing you on to a separate installation department.
With you at every step
You’ll be assigned an account manager at first contact, and they’ll remain with you throughout the process of choosing and using your new audio visual facilities. They’ll help identify your needs, design you a system, and oversee its procurement, integration and delivery.
In our experience, this is what ensures a smooth installation and a reliable system, first time round.
Our experienced installers take real pride in their work. You’ll recognise a Forward Vision Solutions job from the attention to detail and the finish.
Integration starts in our workshops, where the hardware is fitted either into one of our custom-built rack sleeves or for out-of-sight comms or audio visual rooms, an industry standard rack. Each rack is then wired and tested prior to delivery, ensuring the time we spend on site is kept to a minimum.
All cables are numbered and labelled and as-built drawings are supplied, ensuring that technical information is available for future maintenance visits or system upgrades.
